Payroll and financecalculators, nothing uploaded

Seven calculators for people on a Brazilian CLT contract and for anyone planning money: net salary (with vacation, 13th salary, severance and PJ, plus pages for other countries), severance, vacation, 13th salary, overtime, financing and compound interest. They run in your browser, so the numbers you type never leave your device.

  • Free, no sign up
  • Nothing is sent to a server
  • Tables of the year, with the date they were checked
  • Works on phone and desktop

How to use the calculators

  1. Step 01

    Pick a calculator

Click one of the cards. Each calculator has its own page, and the row of buttons above the calculation takes you from one to another.

  2. Step 02

    Fill in the fields

The result appears and updates while you type. Optional fields can stay empty.

  3. Step 03

    Read the result

Every amount is split into earnings and deductions, with the days, twelfths and tax base behind it.

  4. Step 04

    Check how it was calculated

Under the result, a short explanation lists the rules used, so you can compare them with your payslip or contract.

What you get

  • Private by design

No server receives your numbers. The calculation happens in the browser and the salary you type stays on your device.

  • Dated tables

INSS and income tax live in one file, with the year and the date they were last checked printed on screen. When the year turns, the calculators warn that the tables may be out of date.

  • Current rules

They use the income tax reduction of Lei 15.270/2025, the simplified discount and the INSS ceiling, and pick the better deduction on their own.

  • Charts that explain

Financing and compound interest show the balance over time and the weight of interest, year by year, with a full table to download.

What each calculator does

Net salary starts from the gross amount and takes off INSS in brackets, income tax at source, the transport voucher and other deductions. Severance adds the salary balance, notice, proportional 13th salary and vacation, depending on how the contract ends, and shows the FGTS and its fine as well. Vacation and 13th salary work out the gross amount, the deductions and the installments.

The overtime calculator covers the 50% and 100% rates, the night addition and the paid weekly rest, and shows what is really left after deductions. Financing compares SAC and Price with the full monthly schedule and lets you simulate extra payments.

Compound interest serves investments, debts and goals. The rate starts at the Selic but can be edited, and a fixed notice reminds you that what counts is interest above inflation. Every calculator is an informational estimate: collective agreements, company rules and special cases can change the amounts.

Frequently asked questions

Are the calculators free?

Yes. There is no sign up, usage limit or paid version. The site may show advertising on the tool pages to help cover its costs.

Is my salary data sent anywhere?

No. The calculations run in your browser and nothing you type is sent. The only outside request the calculators make is reading the Selic rate from the Central Bank, and it carries none of your data. You can check it in the Network tab of your browser's developer tools.

Where do the INSS and income tax tables come from?

From the official publications of the year: the interministerial ordinance that updates INSS, the monthly table of the Federal Revenue Service and Lei 15.270/2025. They are kept in a single file of the site, and the year and the date of the last check are shown under every calculator.

Is the result official?

No. It is an estimate to help you plan. The final amount is the one on your payslip, termination papers or contract, which may include collective agreement rules and other items.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox. The fields accept the Brazilian format, such as 1.500,50, and the English one, such as 1,500.50.

Can I use it outside Brazil?

The net salary calculator has a page for Brazil and one for each of eight countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain, with their own rules and currency. The other calculators follow the Brazilian rules, in reais, and the compound interest calculator works with any rate.
